Shipping & returns

Shipping

• We ship to addresses in the United States.
• Shipping is $5 per order, or free on orders over $40.
• Every piece is printed to order. Your order ships once it has been printed, inspected, and packed, and we'll email you a tracking number when it does.

Returns and problems

• If an item arrives damaged or doesn't work as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we'll replace it or issue a refund.
• Because every piece is made to order in the finish and labels you choose, we can't accept returns for a change of mind.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
