Prepare the wall
Clean a smooth tile, glass, or acrylic surface and press the suction cups on firmly.
Hang the holder
Line up the keyhole slots on the back with the cups and slide the holder down.

All answersWhat surfaces does it work on?
Smooth, non-porous surfaces like glazed tile, glass, and acrylic shower walls. Suction cups won't hold on textured surfaces or across grout lines.
How do I keep the suction cups from slipping?
Clean and dry both the wall and the cups first, then press each cup on firmly. If a cup ever loosens, rinse it in warm water, let it dry, and press it back on.
How do I clean it?
Lift it off the suction cups and hand wash it with warm water and mild soap. It isn't dishwasher safe, and very hot water should be avoided.
